One of our neighbors found him under a car. His current name is Rowdy as he's so anti rowdy and more mellow. Can you resist that face? He's looking for a good home. Could that be you? hmmmmm???
We believe he's gotta be a chow mix, as his gums and tongue are black. He'll be a bigger dog but most likely not huge.
Check it out, even when he's being squished to death my this tiny tot he's totally chill.
