Nothing like a swift kick in the....

Yesterday, I received an email a friend. It made me smile. I know these words are playfully serious, heart felt and even better full of truth. These bits of scripture inspired my heart beyond words. I needed this email and I'd love to share it with you.

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.
